Refund Policy

Security Jobs SA operates a strict No Refund Policy.

All payments made for subscriptions, advertising packages, featured listings, employer services or any other paid services are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Unused subscription periods
• Incorrect package selection
• Failure to use purchased services
• Account suspension resulting from violation of our Terms
• Duplicate job postings made by the employer

Where required by applicable South African law, Security Jobs SA may consider refunds only where legally obligated to do so.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account dashboard.

Cancellation will:

• Stop future recurring payments (where applicable)
• Allow access until the current billing period expires
• Not generate any refund for the remaining subscription period

Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Security Jobs SA reserves the right to cancel or suspend any account that violates our Terms and Conditions.
